Covenant Review Request form is now live. This provides an easy and convenient way to notify the HOA of any property improvement plans that involve items covered under the HOA Covenants.

Located at 192nd & Harrison Street, Bellbrook offers a 6,000 square foot clubhouse that can be rented by homeowners. This 24-hour state-of-the-art work-out facility also features an adult and children’s swimming pool.  An extensive trail system, which winds through several parks, offers plenty of green space and picnic areas.  Bellbrook offers something for every lifestyle, price range and family!

Bellbrook is located primarily in Millard School District, with Reeder Elementary School in the neighborhood. Some lots are located in Gretna School district, with nearby Whitetail Elementary just to our south.
